Job Description - HR ADMINISTRATION-COORDINATION

My client is a leading Not for Profit, who is recognized as one of the most innovative and high performing Community Housing Providers in Australia. Providing social and affordable housing solutions to people on very low to moderately incomes.

In this four-week temporary assignment, you'll support the HR Manager with various HR administration and coordination tasks. Perfect for someone with 6 months of experience in human resources or agency recruitment. Work 4 or 5 days a week, from the Parramatta office and home. Immediate start, up to $35/hour.

General Duties:

  • Posting job advertisements

  • Tracking all applications via social media and jobs sites

  • Responding to and pre-screening candidate applications

  • Scheduling interviews for the HR Manager

  • Reference checks

  • Maintain the inhouse database.

  • Supporting the HR Manager with administrative tasks as needed

  • Respond to client, candidate & employee queries.

About you:

  • Organised with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks & a quick learner.

  • Confident with technology

  • A strong communicator both verbally & written.

  • National Police check (willing to have one completed)

  • Valid Australian work visa
