Reporting Lines: Directly reports to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Co-founder.
Stakeholders: Collaborates with General Manager, Co-founder, Department Managers, and Team Members.

Summary of Responsibilities:

- Streamline recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure efficiency and seamless transitions for new hires.
- Foster a harmonious workplace culture and address conflicts or grievances promptly.
- Implement systems for performance management to monitor and enhance employee performance.
- Ensure policy development and compliance with legal requirements while optimizing efficiency.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation to attract and retain top talent.
- Spearhead initiatives for employee engagement to nurture motivation and a sense of belonging.
- Drive strategic planning and initiatives for organizational development to achieve continual growth and success.
