The role
This part time (3 days per week) position is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and induction of Donnybrook Packing Company employees and providing Human Resources administrative support to the General Manager and Human Resources Manager in a range of HR responsibilities including the Seasonal Workers Program.  At times this position may be required to provide support to the Administration Officer during times of leave.

Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role you will have proven and current experience in providing human resources administrative support.  Having a relevant qualification or progress towards a degree in Human Resources Management would be highly desirable, but not essential.  An ability to working effectively with sensitive and highly confidential information is essential. Experience using Reckon Payroll, Employment Hero or other payroll systems is also a key requisite for this role.

You will also have
• High attention to details along with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities.
• Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to work unsupervised, manage priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.

Salary is dependent upon experience and suitability for the role.
