We are hiring an ambitious Junior Bid & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at ATG Projects in Hawthorn East, Melbourne VIC.

To further support our growth and performance, we are seeking a Junior Bid & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the Hawthorn East office.

This is a part-time, permanent position. 

The primary purpose of the Junior Bid & Marketing Coordinator at ATG is to support the compilation and presentation of tender & bid submissions with direction from the Bid & Marketing Coordinator. This role will also support the execution of marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and enhancing our brand presence across digital channels. 

The Role
Tender Submissions: Pre-contract and delivery of project submissions to achieve client and corporate objectives, including: 

  • Using design software to produce tender submissions, expressions of interest, capability statements and other documents as required. 
  • Support in the planning and coordination of tenders with estimators, project managers and other internal stakeholders. 
  • Develop new and creative ways to present tenders. 
  • Ongoing development of visual branding elements for tender documentation. 
  • Bid template management. 

Other Tasks may include: 

  • Social media management and scheduling — including Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn. 
  • Manage photography and visual content production.
  • Maintaining company website.
  • Internal documentation and presentations.
  • Site presentation and signage.
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of events (internal, external and community), and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Ad hoc marketing and bid & tender submissions for future projects. 

About YOU 

  • Recently completed or currently studying a relevant degree. 
  • Efficiency with Adobe InDesign preferred.
  • High IT literacy and ability to use a number of systems and software. 
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Confident and articulate written and verbal communication.
  • Always striving to improve status quo and promote new ideas.
