Eps Australia is a long-established event infrastructure company with an office based on the Gold Coast. We are currently seeking a Junior Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join our team in Southport. This part-time role is perfect for someone looking to grow their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts using MYOB.

Data Entry: Perform basic financial data entry tasks.

File Management: Maintain and update financial records.

Office Administration: Handle general office duties including reception.

Personal Assistant: Provide support to the Accounts Manager.

Essential Criteria

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience with MYOB.

Skills: Excel and Outlook.

Organization: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Independence: Ability to work unsupervised when necessary.

Team Player: Ability to work well within a team environment.

Desirable Attributes

Inquisitive and eager to learn.
