Must have:

• An Early Childhood Education Degree 
• Relevant Teachers' Registration (if applicable)
• Current First Aid including Asthma and Anaphylaxis or willing to obtain
• Current WWCC 

Candidate Role:

• A strong understanding of the Early Year Learning Framework ( EYLF) and The Victorian Early Years Framework.
• Plan and implement well-structured age-appropriate learning goals and teaching programs that engage children and promote learning.
• Mentor and develop others.
• Work in partnership in leading the team with our management team.
• Support projects and policies that help to provide the strong foundations that our community needs.
• Developing relationships with the children and families to incorporate their feedback into the program.
• Completing observations that implement the planning cycle and contributing to children's portfolios.

We are seeking a resilient teacher with a genuine love and respect for children and their families. Someone who is enthusiastic about providing high quality learning environments, evident in daily programs and attitudes. We require an ECT to help run our 3 and 4 year old kinder programs alongside our current 3 and 4 year old kinder teachers.
