Law Clerk/Conveyancer - Dynamic Team - Part-Time

We are a law firm based in Footscray practicing in property, commercial, family, criminal and immigration laws.

The Role:

We are seeking an individual who wants to establish a career as a professional law clerk with a focus on conveyancing work. The candidate must be fluent in Vietnamese.

If you have good time management and excellent computer skills and are seeking work in a professional legal environment, we want to hear from you.

This is full-time or part-time position working from four to five days a week.

The role encompasses the following duties, but not limited to:

Legal:

• Conveyancing;
• Handling sale and purchase of business contracts;
• Day to day file management;
• General supporting duties.

Administration/Office Duties:

• Answering telephone calls & servicing clients.
