Pallara Early Learning is a beautiful, purpose-built centre that operates between 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

If you are ready for the next step in your career -  Our Lead Educator position is calling you! 
 

To be considered for the Lead Educator role, you will need to meet the following criteria: 

• Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
• Previous experience in a Lead Educator’s position
• Experience with the Early Years Learning Framework and planning for ages 0-5 years
• Experience with Observation writing using Story Park or the ability to acquire knowledge of
• Current First aid and CPR – or the ability to complete within the first month of employment
• Current Blue Card – Working with Children
• Work Rotating rosters (between 7am-6pm) – including open and close shifts
• Available to work 5 days a week
