Lead Educator - Rapid Progression - Part-Time

Are you passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a positive impact on the lives of young children? Kidz Magic Meadowbrook is looking for enthusiastic Lead Educator to become part of our warm, inclusive, and supportive team on a permanent part-time basis (4-5 days per week).

As a Lead Educator at Kidz Magic, you will uphold our dedication to excellence in early childhood education, fostering the growth and development of every child in our care. You will play a crucial role in supporting and implementing educational programs, as well as building strong, positive relationships with children and their families.

To be considered for the role, you will need to meet the following criteria: 

• Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
• Previous experience in a Lead Educator position
• Current First aid and CPR – or the ability to complete within the first month of employment
• Current Blue Card – Working with Children
• Work Rotating rosters – including open and close shifts
• Available to work 4-5 days a week
