We are looking for a key player to manage the Contract Administration phase in our clients investment journey.  This opportunity is for someone who is an expert in a customer service role or perhaps in a property management, real estate or legal assistance role, looking to further their career.

We are looking for a person who is a fast learner, a multi-tasker, a comfortable stakeholder manager, has exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail and thrives in a fast paced working environment.  If you have the right attitude and a hunger to learn, we will provide training and assist you in your development.

Overview of the role:

You will drive all of the early phase activities in our clients investment journey to do with the Expression of Interest and Contract management activities with guidance from senior team members and also be a support to the Operational team with administrative and compliance activities.

Activities include:

  • Reviewing official documents related to property purchases
  • Processing official documents within the CRM and with stakeholders
  • Prepare & coordinate contracts for signing
  • Liaise with stakeholders including builders and solicitors 
  • Provide updates to clients and respond to their queries with an exceptional level of service
  • Perform compliance activities 
  • Provide support to the Operations team with office management and operational activities

Required skills & attributes:

  • Experience in Contracts Administration, Property Management, Real Estate Administration, Legal assistance or equivalent role is advantageous, but not required
  • A high level of professionalism
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Word and Excel (or the G-Suite equivalent)
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail & accuracy in data entry
  • Highly organised multi-tasker & fast learner 
  • This role is required 5 days a week for part time hours - perfect for a Mum or Dad needing the flexibility to work around children's busy schedules!
