Legal Administration Assistant - Part-Time

Our firm

Our firm specialises in property law, including all areas of property development, commercial and residential conveyancing, leasing and planning and environment appeals.

We service a client base of local developers and businesses, large and small with their property development, leasing and other property and commercial legal needs.

We are looking for a secretary / administration assistant / office junior to join our highly respected team.

You will be

The right person will enjoy working both autonomously and as a part of a close-knit team.  The role is suited to people who enjoy a fast paced work environment and are happy to learn new things.  

Law students are strongly encouraged to apply. 

All training will be provided.  Experience in working with Microsoft Office and Triconvey, or other Legal software would be advantageous (although not essential). 

You will be job sharing and assisting a team of 5 lawyers.  Tasks include preparing precedent letters to clients, typing, answering phones, greeting clients, organising couriers, generating bills, ordering office supplies and general support to the lawyers in the office.  Training will be provided and there is room for career advancement.
