Level 3 Cleaner - Competitive Pay - Part-Time

LUMI Group is an integrated facility management company that provides cleaning services across the country. We are looking for a cleaner to work at our site in Wacol QLD.

The Role:

This role is for an enthusiastic, positive, and experienced cleaner to represent LUMI group at our most esteemed client site in QLD.

Job Description

1. Position Title: Level 3 Cleaner (MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN)
2. Location: Wacol 
3. Working Hours: 8am to 12noon or 7am to 11am / Monday to Friday 4hrs each day

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, windowsills, and countertops
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Clean windows and glass surfaces
• Maintain and clean communal areas such as kitchens, break rooms, and meeting rooms

Supplies Management:

• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
• Use and store cleaning products safely and correctly

Health and Safety Compliance:

• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Report any hazards, broken equipment, or maintenance issues to the supervisor
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Drive your own car as the location is not near public transport access, and you must have a recent police check clearance.
