The role

As a part-time Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in a dedicated team focused on ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all guests enjoying our infinity pool at Crown Sydney. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify and respond to potential hazards, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all patrons. We are seeking an individual who are alert, approachable, and committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and service.

• Monitor pool activity to ensure guest safety and respond promptly to any incidents
• Oversee the safety and cleanliness of our pools and spas
• Conduct regular checks on patrons and proactively identify potential hazards
• Record pool and spa temperatures twice daily
• Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Provide professional and courteous customer service in a high-standard hospitality environment

About you

• Hold a current NSW Lifeguard Certification
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Availability for a minimum of 5 days per week, with Wednesdays and Thursdays required
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• A proactive and observant individual with excellent diligence
