Chirnside Views is a new Aged Care Residence located in Chirnside Park.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lifestyle Assistant to join our team.  Weekday and Weekend shifts available.

The right person will demonstrate a good understanding and passion for making a real difference in the lives of our Residents by continually learning about and developing best practice initiatives, enhancing social environment and tapping into the individual interests and strengths of the residents.

The Chirnside Views lifestyle program enjoys fantastic recreational resources, including dedicated lifestyle area, large lounge areas, library, chapel, theatre, cafe, club lounge, golf putting green, vegetable garden etc.

What you need:

• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Aged Care
• Cert IV in Leisure & Health.
• Great communication skills.
• Great documentation practice. 
• Good understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation.
• Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• A current Police Check
• Vaccinations in accordance with Government requirements
