Luxury Jewellery Sales Associate - Part-Time

Xennox Diamonds is Brisbane’s leading luxury diamond and engagement ring destination. Our team of onsite jewellers hand craft award winning engagement and wedding rings and our driven sales team deliver exceptional experiences and results.

We are looking for a sales star who wants to make a big impact on a small business. Someone who exceeds sales goals, drives customer engagement, and builds relationships. We are seeking someone motivated by the client relationship and experience and passionate about high standards. This isn't the usual stand and sell role and it requires independent and creative thinking.

We are a small, connected team and maintaining our culture through our core values and rules of the game is paramount to us. We are looking for individuals who believe true hand made jewellery beats mass produced, hand assembled every time!

Role

• Sell and quote on handmade engagement and wedding rings
• Assess jewellery for repairs.
• Provide after-sales service.
• Liaise with suppliers to source diamonds and coloured stones.
• Work closely with onsite jewellers and diamond setter to deliver quality pieces of jewellery.
• Develop and support relationships with clients by answering messages on chat platforms, answering in-person questions, and responding to emails.

Required

• Prior jewellery experience or a passion for it. 
• Sales and service background.
