What You’ll Do:

• Engage & Educate: Deliver dynamic manual handling training sessions.
• Tailor Training: Customise programs based on employee needs.
• Teach Techniques: Demonstrate proper manual handling methods.
• Assess Risks: Conduct risk assessments and suggest improvements.
• Enhance Programs: Continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide Resources: Equip participants with comprehensive training materials.
• Track Progress: Maintain detailed records of sessions, attendance, and feedback.

What You Bring:

• Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
• Proven experience in manual handling training.
• Strong knowledge of manual handling techniques, regulations, and best practices.
• Allied Health qualification (preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate participants.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with training software and tools.
• Willingness to travel to local sites as needed.
