We currently have a part-time (27 hours per week with flexible working arrangements) position available based at our Head Office in Bella Vista.
Reporting to the Executive Officer, the Marketing and Communications Manager will take ownership of all aspects of Interaction’s marketing strategy and identify funding opportunities. Alongside the Marketing Assistant you will drive Interaction’s marketing strategy; oversee reporting on campaigns; build upon internal and external relationships; support teams with business growth; develop and implement social media and web content; and more.
We are looking for an individual with proven marketing experience that will ensure people with disability are represented in all aspects of marketing positively and respectfully.
Experience in the disability sector is preferred but not essential, you will however need to display a commitment to the rights of people with disability and promoting the positive contribution people with disability make to the community.

Remuneration
Interaction offers an attractive remuneration package, with Salary Packaging options available to the successful applicants. This position is paid at a Level 6 under the SCHADS Award.
All successful candidates will be required to undergo probity checks including an NDIS Worker Screening Check. This Check must be maintained throughout employment with Interaction.
