Marketing Assistant - Continuous Learning Opportunities - Part-Time

About the role

We are seeking a creative thinker who loves seeing their work come to life. You will work with our team to implement day-to-day marketing activities, including but not limited to:

• Create advertising & campaign strategies 
• Social Media management and scheduling of activity
• Assisting with creating, optimising and managing the budget for all paid Social Media advertising
• Content Creation for all digital platforms, taking images, shooting video content and working with text, audio, and photos
• Graphic design using Canva or similar
• Copywriting for blogs, web pages and EDMs
• Website management using Wordpress
• Database management and email marketing (Experience with Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor desirable)
• Influencer management and strategy
• E-commerce management 
• SEO knowledge & Google Adwords experience is desirable 
• Collaborate in developing quarterly marketing plans and tracking and reporting on their ROI
• Build and nurture relationships with local media outlets, creative agencies, and key industry stakeholders
• Management of third-party websites
• Assist with maintaining quarterly and annual budgets
• Country Clinic monitoring and advertising (SMS, Social, eDM)

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications, or similar (preferred, not essential)
• Someone with a passion for marketing, who is keen to grow their knowledge and skillset
• Someone with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanour
• A creative, forward thinker with original ideas.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A self-starter who can work independently and with a team
• MUST have working rights in Australia
