Your Role:

As our Marketing Office, you will have the unique opportunity to create compelling marketing campaigns that showcase the best of both worlds - our beautiful properties and our delightful cafe/restaurant.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, websites, email newsletters and promotional materials that highlight the unique features of our real estate listings and the enticing offerings of our cafe/ restaurant.
2. Digital Marketing: Implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our online platforms and generate leads for both real estate and restaurant sales.
3. Event Promotion: Organize and promote events that showcase our properties and restaurant from open homes and property tours to special dining experiences and themed nights.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and culinary teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing with a strong track record of success in creating impactful campaigns and driving results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management, email marketing and website analytics.
• Creative thinking and a passion for innovation, with the ability to adapt to changing trends and market dynamics.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
