$30.00 - $35.00 per hour 

Dr Rohit Kumar is a Specialist Plastic Surgeon with a renowned focus on best practice patient experience and satisfaction.  We require 1 part-time receptionist with previous medical receptionist experience to join our friendly team. You will have exceptional time-management skills and be able to work independently as well as closely with the rest of the team.  You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to multitask.  We are a mostly paperless practice therefore experience with digital tablets will be well regarded. 

Qualifications and Experience 

Experience in medical software: Genie 

Have a good understanding of Medicare, bulk billing, no gap, workers compensation and private health funds 

Preferably have worked within the medical/cosmetic industry. 

Tasks and Responsibilities 

Ensure patient experience is of high standard. 

Answering telephone enquiries from patients. 

Management of appointments, clinical files and correspondence. 

Initiating and finalising consultation invoices. 

General day-to-day up keep of the office/suite. 

Order and manage stationery supplies 

Preparation of and filing of clinical consultation and surgery digital files
