Medical Secretary - Urgent Hire - Part-Time

Mind at Peace Psychiatry is a rapidly growing telehealth psychiatry practice. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic medical secretary to join our team.  

The job is part-time, 15 hours a week - Monday to Friday 1pm-4pm.

Our ideal candidate is:

• In possession of an outstanding phone manner - courteous, warm and empathic;
• Highly organised and efficient with exceptional multitasking capabilities, to keep up with the pressures and demands of a busy practice; 
• Excellent written and communication skills; 
• Able to take initiative and use their own judgement; 
• Able to problem solve;
• Confidence with various computer skills, including using practice software; 
• A team player;
• Able to take on constructive feedback; 
• Able to display commitment, positivity and enthusiasm to the role; 
• Able to align with our core values of compassion and respect for the patient. 

Whilst not essential, we will prioritise candidates who have experience using Coreplus software. 

Experience in a similar role is essential.
