4 or 5 Days per week - Immediate start.
The successful applicant will form a close working relationship with the administration and clinical team and be responsible for medical administration services through to the delivery of high quality customer service to patients within our well established and highly reputable specialist practice and day surgery.
The administration team works collaboratively and maintains responsibility for day to day reception / administration duties within the practice and day surgery and consultation rooms.
Core functions:
Demonstrates positive team member skills and attention to detail in accordance with the job description.
Admitting patients for theatre and preparing accounts for patients discharge.
Full training will be provided
Responsible for running consultation clinics, scanning and filing.
Ensure accurate booking of patient appointments.
Liaise with Doctor/s to provide day to day administrative support and take an active part in working closely with other team members to manage daily tasks.
Required skills / experience
Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills & customer service orientated.
Medical Receptionist skills
Knowledge of Medicare & Health Fund billing an advantage.
Medical experience desirable.

Hourly rate negotiable, depending on experience.
