Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads via outreach, member referrals, telephone inquiries, corporate and local outreach and community engagement. 
• Ability to achieve and surpass all personal sales targets.
• Driving new member growth and sales for the club
• Support members journey and assist in member retention strategies.
• Connect with people and empower them to live an active lifestyle.
• Perform all functions with the highest levels of integrity and always adhere to company core values.
• Provide exceptional customer service that creates a positive environment not only for members but for the team as well.
• Possess an enthusiastic, passionate, outgoing, friendly, and ambitious personality.
• Have a can-do attitude to be able to complete all required tasks in a friendly efficient manner.

• We are looking for team members across Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley, Narre Warren, Doncaster, and Camberwell so flexibility is required to work across multiple sites is required.
• Must be available evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years sales experience preferred but not essential (we will train you)
• Strong rapport-building and communication skills
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Current CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Fitness Industry, Hospitality or Customer Service experience highly regarded but not essential.
