About the role

As our Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving results, encouraging sales, nurturing leads and ensuring a strong team environment where the club and its members thrive.

About you

· You're a woman with a hands-on, positive, can-do attitude.

· Have a passion to want to help ladies on their health and wellbeing journey. 

· Love working in a close supportive team. 

· Availability across a 6-day roster, Flexibility can be provided for the right person for the role.  

Skills & experience

· Minimum 12 months proven experience with face-to-face sales.

· Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships quickly.

· Can drive enquiries in the local area and convert leads to meet targets.

· Dynamic and creative sales skills; able to identify sales and marketing opportunities.
