Migration Agent - Urgent - Part-Time

Bluewise Group is actively seeking part-time and full-time migration agents to join our dynamic team in Sydney.

Position Overview

We are looking for individuals to provide expert visa consultancy services across various visa categories, including GSM, 457, business, and student visas. The role offers flexibility with the option for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and comprehensive guidance based on a thorough understanding of migration legislation and policy.
• Conduct consultations and diligently follow up with potential clients, showing a genuine commitment to addressing their immigration inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, skills assessing authorities, and government bodies such as DIBP and State/Territory Governments.
• Stay current with evolving policies, regulations, and industry developments.
• Prepare, assess, and submit migration-related applications (visa applications, skills assessments, nomination applications, etc.) 
• Oversee applications through to finalization.

Requirements

• Current registration with OMARA.
• Strong ability to liaise with and build relationships with clients.
• Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and solve problems.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working unsupervised.
• Proficiency in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizing.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
