Night Audit

The restaurant delivers a refined yet approachable dining experience, with a focus on bold flavours and creative presentation. Whether it’s breakfast, à la carte dining, or curated events, Spice Central is a showcase of culinary craftsmanship and innovation.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to assist with the night operations of the hotel. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for completing overnight audit duties while also providing friendly and professional service to our valued guests. 

Your typical duties will include: 

• Maintaining guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments and generating daily reports, while working closely with the Night Manager.
• Providing exceptional customer service as you check-in/check-out guests and assist with general enquiries at the Front Desk.
• Ensuring an effective handover of issues is conveyed at the start and end of each shift

During the night period, you will be working very autonomously, as such previous experience in hotel front desk operations is essential. Additional qualities which would be advantageous to your application include: 

• High level of computer literacy – Opera experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexible availability; you are required to work nights, including weekends, and public holidays as needed.
