Job Description

Our Concierge team is responsible for providing first impressions to our guests, and as a Night Porter you will play a crucial role in supporting smooth overnight operations and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Welcoming guests.
• Carrying luggage.
• Valet parking guest vehicles.
• Explaining hotel facilities.
• Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance.
• Providing tourism information including dining and entertainment recommendations.
• Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program.
• Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including Overnights and Public Holidays. 

You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes (bit not limited to): 

• Experience in a similar role (essential);
• Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud;
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
• Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures;
• A guest-centric mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and 
• Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including Overnights and Public Holidays.
