  • Part-time (3 days per week) | 12-month maximum-term contract
  • Based at Ringwood and Ferntree Gully, with outreach across Outer Eastern Melbourne (Wurundjeri Country)

Are you passionate about supporting the development of young children and building the capacity of those around them?

Join Each as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, where you’ll work as part of our Child Development and School Readiness teams to empower kindergarten educators and families. Through coaching, group training, and case consultation, you’ll help improve children’s motor skills, self-regulation, social-emotional wellbeing, and overall inclusion – setting them up for success in their early learning journey.

Your role, your impact

No two days will be the same! In this role, you’ll:

  • Partner with educators and Department of Education and Training staff across Maroondah, Knox and Yarra Ranges

  • Provide practical, evidence-informed support to improve developmental outcomes for children

  • Deliver a mix of outreach at early learning centres and clinic-based services from our Ringwood East and Ferntree Gully sites

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and Dietitians

Who we're looking for

  • A relevant qualification and AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

  • Experience working with children, families and early years settings, ideally in a capacity-building model

  • Knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS), the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), and developmental milestones

  • Strong skills in coaching, training and consultation

What's in it for you

At Each, we want everyone to feel valued, respected and supported.

You’ll enjoy:

  • $1,200 professional development allowance and discipline-specific support

  • Generous salary packaging benefits – up to $18,550 tax-free income per year

  • Family-friendly workplace culture with flexible work options

  • Access to EAP, internal support and clinical supervision

  • Opportunities for career progression and leadership development

Join us and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in your community.
