Office Admin / Online Marketing - Part Time

We are a leading Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) based in the Parramatta area seeking an experienced Office Admin / Online Marketing person to assist with general office duties and managing our online presence.

Our experienced technical team provide unparalleled IT services and support. We are recognised as a trusted advisor by our clients who are typically medium to larger sized professional organisations. We are responsible for designing, implementing, managing and supporting secure business solutions.

The successful candidate will update internal systems and ideally assist in creating and managing our online marketing presence.

Your role will include: -

  • Gaining a thorough understanding of our support services
  • Providing general support to our technical and sales teams
  • Managing day-to-day office activities, updating internal systems, including assisting with timely provision and follow-up of proposals
  • Assisting with responses to customer enquiries and requests
  • Managing online marketing content and activities
  • Gathering and comparing current marketplace information on competing services
  • Follow-up and liaising with industry partners to ensure client satisfaction
  • Updating daily activities within our internal CRM system

Candidates must possess & demonstrate ALL of the following qualities: -

  • Strong initiative and attention to detail
  • Display confidence with clear verbal and written communications
  • Be well presented and conduct themselves professionally
  • Be able to stay focused on set activities and not easily distracted
  • Show technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Be honest and reliable with an enthusiastic "CAN DO" attitude
  • Possess a strong desire to develop and grow within the company

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in an IT customer services, sales, marketing or admin role. 

You will be expected to attend our offices. We anticipate an engagement model of four hours each day, five days a week, ideally from 1pm to 5pm.

This is not a role to "coast along" but rather for someone who is keen to develop their skillset. We invite you to join a select professional team who are recognised and rewarded for their efforts.

You'll work in a friendly modern office environment with on-site parking.
