We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Customer Service and Administration team at our vibrant head office nestled in the scenic Sydney Northern Beaches. Embracing a family-oriented ethos, we offer a fulfilling environment where every team member contributes to our success.
This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours (28-35 hours per week) to accommodate the needs of our successful candidates. Operating within standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, this role is perfect for a local multitasker ready to tackle diverse responsibilities.
As an integral part of our team, you'll handle administrative duties, including order entry, invoicing, export documentation, online orders, and spreadsheet management. Moreover, you'll thrive in a customer-centric role, addressing inquiries and resolving issues from buyers, sales agents, export partners, retail managers, and the public. Facilitating seamless communication, you'll liaise between our warehouse and production teams, ensuring operational efficiency.
