Champagne Recruitment is excited to represent Trice, a multi-disciplinary group specialising in Development, Project, and Asset Management, and providing Advisory services in Property and Construction. Known for commitment to excellence, integrity, teamwork, and delivering exceptional outcomes, we are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis.

As an Office Administrator, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing comprehensive administrative support to all team members. This role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with overall office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and contractors both in person and over the phone, providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Support People & Culture tasks, including staff inductions and personnel file maintenance.
  • Support the team with preparation of reports and proposals.
  • Provide administrative support for Accounts Receivable and Payable, including managing and filing invoices.
  • Maintain high standards of detail and record keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related position.
  • Certificate in Business, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in project management, property or construction is a plus.
