About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this newly created, part time role, offers diversity and growth.  Working in an environment that will evolve over time, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and administrative activities.

Based in our Jandakot office you must be exceptionally well-organised, flexible, and have experience in general office functionsYou will be part of a dynamic and collaborative national team in a role that will be fun, hands-on, and rewarding. 

Some of your responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensuring smooth running of all office activities.
  • Maintaining uniforms, amenities, and other office sundries.
  • Providing proactive administrative support to the CEO, including diary and email management.
  • Travel management and general administration across the business. 
  • Working closely with the senior managers and interstate offices to provide support as required.
  • Coordinating team activities, meetings, and events.
  • Assisting with QHSE and compliance administration.
  • Central contact for HR administration, including leave planning and coordinating new starter onboarding.
  • Developing systems and procedures to further enhance the office and administrative support to the business.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and document management.
  • Culture ambassador across our business.

The experience you will bring to this role will include:

  • Demonstrated general office administration experience.
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
  • You understand what it takes to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Strong understanding of office procedures and practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Enjoy being part of a team.
