Pirtek’s National Office in Kings Park requires a motivated, enthusiastic person who takes pride in their work to join their team as an Administration Officer. The Role 

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient completion of daily activities. This is an office-based position, working 24-30 hours per week across 4 to 5 days. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Coordinating travel / hotel bookings
  • Providing administrative support for Executives 
  • Preparation of reports
  • Assisting the HR and Learning and Development departments with administrative tasks
  • Other general administrative duties, as required

 

 

You

To be considered for this position you will ideally possess: 

  • Recent experience in a similar position
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience using the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and the ability to learn new systems with ease
  • High level written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to liaise with people at all levels of the organisation in person, over the phone and via e-mail / online chat
  • Willingness and flexibility to complete a variety of tasks coupled with a can-do attitude 
  • Highly organised and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
