About us

Central Victorian Therapy Solutions (CVTS) is a locally owned and operated allied health service provider working within the NDIS space. We are passionate about providing a high-quality service to participants and their families.

Key responsibilities and duties

Accounting:

  • Accounts Receivable:
    • Issue invoices to clients.
    • Follow-up on unpaid invoices. 
    • Contribute to process improvement.
  • Accounts Payable:
    • Provide support to Bookkeeper on accounts payable matters. 
  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the Bookkeeper with a view to improve accounting work practices collaboratively. 
  • Respond to accounts related queries.

General:

  • Monitoring of email inbox(s) and responding to outstanding complaints, compliments and other feedback.
  • Oversee product/stock ordering i.e. stationary, OT resources, office supplies.
  • Participating in professional development activities to improve ability to ensure delivery of exceptional client experiences by the team.
  • Making amendments to service agreements as required. 
  • Communication with participants to ensure they satisfied with services.
  • Assist to reschedule appointments as required in cases of sick leave taken by allied health team members. 

Team Administration

  • Supporting the Director with recruitment administration.
  • Staff induction and separation administration.
  • Identify and implement relevant learning and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to monitoring and improving service delivery. 
  • Assist team members with managing payroll matters such as submitting timesheets, submitting leave applications etc. 

Management of Client Data

  • Ensuring client files are accurate up to date and compliant with NDIS standards where appropriate.
  • Administration of referrals.
  • Monitoring of waitlist and with assistance of the Director, allocation of new clients to allied health staff.
  • Contribute to investigation of software functionality to improve management of client data. 
  • Contribute to process improvements to better manage client data. 

Key skills and experience

  • A general understanding of the NDIS and the broader disability sector.
  • Ability to manage time, set priorities, plan and organise workload to ensure clients are receiving a high-quality service.
  • Ability to use software systems.
  • Acting in accordance with all company policies as appropriate. 
  • Attendance at team meetings as required.

Interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate with clients, relatives, colleagues and community contacts in a professional manner that shows respect for individuals. 
  • Sound written and verbal skills. 
  • Self-motivation, taking initiative and implementing problem solving. 

Qualifications/Essentials

  • Vaccination against COVID-19.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Working with Children’s Check. 
  • National Police Check.
  • Victorian Driver License.
