Job Description - Office Administrator - Part-Time

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team an established insurance brokerage. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and providing essential administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage office correspondence, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and team members.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Client Support:
  • Assist clients with inquiries, provide information about services, and handle basic customer service needs.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of client paperwork and documentation.
  • Team Support:
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
