About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join our experienced team.
This position is a permanent part-time position (30hrs per week) from Monday to Friday. Flexible start and finish times to suit the right candidate.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and visitors with a professional manner
- Answering all calls and directing them to the appropriate recipient
- Management of incoming email and telephone leads
- Delivering messages via email with a professional manner
- Scheduling appointments efficiently and managing the common calendar for all staff using cloud-based job management software
- Filing and archiving
- Mail collection
- Banking
- Matching or purchase orders and work orders to creditor invoices
- Receipting client payments using MYOB and issuing receipts
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Office purchasing (amenities, stationery etc)
- General office housekeeping
- Meeting set-up, preparation, and documentation of minutes
- Ad hoc administration support as required
