Office All - Rounder - Exciting Challenge - Part-Time

We are a small, close knit team looking for an office all rounder to join our company. The Part time role is based at Carole Park and would be suitable for applicants wanting flexibility with work/home life. The hours required each week will vary however we require a minimum of 20 hours per week.

We are an agricultural manufacturing company however, we are very involved with our clients all over Australia and work closely with a wide range of suppliers and freight companies, it is imperative that the successful applicant has a great phone manner and is able to hold a conversation. 

Daily Tasks will include

• Entering Purchase and sales Orders 
• Working with clients regarding their orders and our products
• Working with Suppliers regarding our orders and their products
• Assisting other staff with manufacturing paperwork and production schedules
• Working in Logistics - Booking and arranging freight collections/drop offs
• Inventory Management using our inventory platform - Fishbowl Inventory
• Various other tasks to assist around the office including printing/filing
• Applicants must be confident using microsoft excel 

We are looking for an applicant that can handle fast paced environments and has experience in a similar role. Experience in the agricultural industry and/or experience using Fishbowl Inventory is a major advantage.
