Job Description - Office Manager - Rapid Progression - Part-Time

We are in search of an influential Office Manager to join our elite team at Suited to Success Ltd in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane QLD.

Office Manager

The Office Manager position is 30 hour per week part time role and primarily an administrative role within STS, responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the effective operation and reporting of STS functions.

Responsibilities

Client Support

  • Client bookings 
  • Data entry
  • Ongoing referrer liaison and support
  • Volunteer co-ordination and rostering

Business IT services

  • On-site equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, stores and supplies.
  • Maintaining relationship with IT supplier and ensuring serviceability of telephones and internet through the IT supplier.

HR Administration

  • Weekly payroll preparation, in conjunction with the bookkeeper and bank transfer.
  • All HR paperwork for all employed staff.
  • All HR paperwork for all engaged volunteers.
  • Blue card in house register for staff and volunteers.
  • Volunteer recruitment, engagement and program co-ordination.

Finance Administration

  • Some accounts payable (MYOB).
  • Some accounts receivable – FFS, Volunteer, Corporate donations and other.
  • Monthly coding (to allocated budget) and reconciliations (MYOB). 
  • Banking of cash from retail sales and events and donations, along with subsequent reconciliation. 

General Daily Administration

  • Manage shared mailboxes.
  • Production and order of all hard copy collateral and STS stationery.
  • Maintaining appropriate levels of all office supplies and services.
  • Maintaining appropriate levels of all cleaning and hygiene supplies.
