Motus Life is a hub for Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Strength & Conditioning, Yoga, Pilates and Recovery with a passionate, dedicated community of people from all walks of life. Our space feels like home and we are looking for a new team member to take on the exciting role of Operations & Community Manager!

About the role:
As our Operations and Community Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently across all facets of the facility. You’ll foster a positive, high energy atmosphere to lead our team to feel empowered and motivated to achieve their best, providing innovation and using initiative to propel the team, business and our community forward. If you feel called to take on a pivotal role in a challenging yet enjoyable environment, this is the job for you!
You’ll be spending time welcoming our members and providing high quality customer service to everyone you interact with so loving people is a must! We are a growing business with the need for someone to embrace an agile and fast-paced working style. As with all our roles, it will be what you make it! Professional development and a desire to grow is an important trait for all team members at Motus.
Having an interest in the Allied Health and Strength and Conditioning industry is a bonus, but not essential.
