Introduction
The role of an Outcome Tracker is to ensure that once our customers have commenced into paid employment they are given every opportunity to continue in ongoing sustainable employment.
Your role will be to obtain evidence to support employment and liaise with operational staff and management to pre-empt the need for any intervention or assistance.
