Outcome Tracker WFA

Introduction

The role of an Outcome Tracker is to ensure that once our customers have commenced into paid employment they are given every opportunity to continue in ongoing sustainable employment.

Your role will be to obtain evidence to support employment and liaise with operational staff and management to pre-empt the need for any intervention or assistance.

• Implement intervention strategies when a customer is at risk of losing employment or has lost employment 
• Interpret and maximise outcomes 
• Work closely with management and operational staff to ensure outcome targets are met

About you

• Industry experience advantageous
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to overcome objections
• Customer service guru 
• Solutions focused 
• People person that works well in a team environment
• Hold a current Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card or willing to obtain one.
• QLD - Blue Card ( you will be required to obtain a Blue Card prior to being offered employment and reimbursement provided on commencement if successful
