P.A / Admin Assistant - Positive Work Culture - Part-Time

SOS Shade Fabrications Pty Ltd is looking for an P.A / Admin Assistant to work in with the Director & the management of our manufacturing business.

It is preferred that the right candidate will have some experience in an assistant roll or office admin environment, using Xero and Microsoft Office.  

Ideally, the right candidate will have a passion for creating processes to help a business run smoothly, and will work with the business owner to streamline ordering and invoicing processes (and other processes) and dealing with clients from time to time.

The current manufacturing team is 5 / 6 people and we are always looking to expand - preferably the right candidate will also have experience in doing payroll and working with a team to create an efficient (but enjoyable) workplace.

We're looking for someone to work on a part time basis with potential for the right candidate to go to full-time.
