About the facility

Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

McKellar Kids Rehab incorporates the Victorian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service (VPRS) and Young Adults Transition Service (YATS).

About the role

The Grade 2 Occupational Therapist will work within a multidisciplinary team to support children with complex health conditions to achieve their goals.

This exciting role will include:

• Providing rehabilitation for infants, children and youth after serious injury, illness or surgery


• Providing specialist assessment and advice for children with neuro-disability requiring tone management or orthopaedic interventions


• Working in partnership with children, their families, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver individualised, goal focused and coordinated care
