A leading kitchen manufacturer known for their innovation and people-first culture is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Officer to join their finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager (with a dotted line to the CFO), you'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of accounting, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliations etc. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for flexibility, whilst wanting to be in a dynamic, supportive environment.
Your new role

• Assist with Accounts Payable: invoice processing, coding, payment runs
• Support Accounts Receivable: customer invoicing, receipting, following up on outstanding payment
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Month-end support including journals and accruals
• Respond to supplier and customer queries
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Contribute to process improvements
• Provide ad-hoc support to the Accountant and wider finance team as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as an Accounts Officer, with strong Accounts Payable experience.
• A strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is ideal.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
