You will be joining this 460 room Hotel located in the heart of bustling World Square. Our Assistant Night Manager is responsible for managing and providing leadership to the overnight team (11pm- 7:30am) for 3 days per week, and cover the Night Manager role when required. This includes the complete daily auditing and accounting tasks such as reconciling guest accounts, the balance of revenue and payments, and preparing financial reports. The role is also responsible to ensure the safety and security of our guests and team and liaise with other hotel departments, providing systematic communication to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Reception & Concierge duties as well including check-in, check-out, & valet parking. 

About you

• Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
• The ability to multi-task 
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• You think outside the box and enjoy problem solving
• A background in Front Office operations or prior hotel experience is preferred and experience with Opera PMS is a bonus
• Passion for hotels and their quests
• Available to work on a flexible roster
• Previous experience as a Night Team Staff
