We are in need of a brilliant Part time - Assistant Store Manager - Canberra Centre to join our diverse team at Frontline Retail - ACT & Southern NSW in Canberra ACT.

Our client is looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join their Canberra Centre team. This is a PPT roster across Sunday - Thursday.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

As the Assistant Store Manager you will


* Offer exceptional customer service and styling tips to your customers.
* Be stylish, confident and take pride in your appearance.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPI's
* Assist with the training, development and succession of your performing sales team
* Contribute your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
* Be a brand ambassador for this label
* Create and ensure superior visual merchandising standards within the store

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

* A passion for fashion, with an eye for detail, and the desire to style your customer from head to toe
* Have retail Management or Supervisor experience
* Be self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
* Have strong communications and relationship building skills
