Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver structured boxing training sessions tailored to various skill levels, including beginner, intermediate, and junior participants
• Provide safe, engaging, and age-appropriate boxing instruction to children and young people in alignment with best practices in Fitness & Wellness
• Monitor and assess participants' progress, adapting training programmes to meet individual goals and developmental needs
• Maintain a safe and inclusive training environment by enforcing all gym safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Demonstrate correct boxing techniques, footwork, and conditioning exercises with precision and professionalism
• Build positive, encouraging relationships with participants and their families, fostering long-term engagement with the fitness programme
• Respond appropriately to injuries or medical incidents, utilising first aid knowledge and protocols when required
• Contribute to the overall development and promotion of boxing and fitness programmes within the local Melbourne community

• Native or fluent English language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role
• Be able to work in Melbourne ( Keilor East )
• Have experience as a boxing instructor
• Have experience in working with children
• Have first aid certificate
• Be able to pass criminal background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants of all ages
• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and the Fitness & Wellness industry, with a commitment to delivering high-quality instruction
• Ability to work flexibly on a part-time schedule, including potential weekend or early morning sessions
• Relevant boxing coaching qualification or certification is highly regarded
