Qualifications & experience

• Minimum of 2 years handling full QLD property or conveyancing paralegal experience;
• Excellent time management skills, and ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Exceptional organisational skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Ability to independently manage residential conveyancing files from A to Z with minimum supervision;
• Maintain timely and professional client interaction with great communication skills;
• Familiar with Smokeball or equivalent legal software and PEXA;
• Exceptional attention to detail and correct use of grammar;
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal document.
