Job Description - Part Time IT Support / Cloud Administrator

Due to continued growth within Project Green Group, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support / Cloud Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, with hours negotiable for the right candidate.
Responsible for the computer servers across the group, this role works as part of the IT and Administration Support Team, integral in the installation and training of software programs and operating systems through to server maintenance and the procurement, maintenance and allocation of digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure cloud servers are operating efficiently by performing upgrades and maintenance tasks and ensuring server security is maintained at all times
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on servers as well as local devices
Configure, deploy, support and maintain hardware & software, including the creation of user accounts, carrying out backup and recovery functions
Assist with the purchasing of IT assets
Maintain company network and upgrade as required
Maintain company's websites and business pages
Liaise with a range of internal stakeholders and external service providers
Provide IT support services to remote users when required
Documentation – Review and update SOP’s and User guides
Cyber Security & SSO Management: Administer and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) using Entra ID, including user access, conditional access policies, MFA, and identity lifecycle management.
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience working in a similar position
Excellent problem and troubleshooting skills
An excellent understanding of systems and processes
Advanced knowledge of M365/Exchange platforms
High level of technical knowledge of computer hardware, MAC and iOS devices, networking, mobile devices and business applications
Excellent communication skills
A current driver’s licence
Must possess a current National Police Clearance
Desirable:
Familiarity with Claris Filemaker platform
Knowledge of AWS and Azure platforms
Familiarity with Cisco and Ubiquiti network solutions
Advanced knowledge of cyber security best practices
