Part Time Payroll Officer - TEMP

The Company

Our client is a fantastic Aged Care organisation based in the South-Eastern Suburbs. You will be responsible for end-end fortnightly Payroll for circa 200 staff.

The Role

2-4 month contract role - must be available to start ASAP.

As Payroll Officer, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for a workforce of around 200 people. This role will suit someone who enjoys ownership of their work!

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end processing fortnightly payroll using Micropay (essential)
• Managing payroll queries and providing timely, accurate support to employees
• Interpreting multiple EBAs and awards
• Ensuring compliance with taxation and superannuation legislation
• Assisting with reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements

Your Profile

You'll bring previous payroll experience with a strong understanding of payroll legislation and award interpretation is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Exposure to large payroll systems will be highly regarded.
