Part-Time Supervisor Parramatta

The role

The Parramatta store are seeking a passionate, motivated Supervisor to join the leadership team in store! Your experience and ideas are highly valued and we all work together as a team. This is a part time position working 25 hours per week. As a part of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Manager and Trainee Manager to achieve the store's vision and goals. A core part of your role will be supporting the staff, by offering delegation, training and consistent feedback. You will act as an ambassador for LUSH and supervise the team to do the same.

The successful candidates will have a passion for exemplary customer service, and will take pride in their reliability and professionalism.

The candidate is able to meet the work pattern below and has the flexibility to adapt to changes and needs of the business:

Week 1
Monday 1.30pm - 6.30pm
Tuesday 1.30pm - 6.30pm
Friday 10.30am - 6.30pm
Saturday 10.30am - 6.30pm

Week 2
Monday 1.30pm - 6.30pm
Tuesday 1.30pm - 6.30pm
Friday 10.30am - 6.30pm
Sunday 10.30am - 6.30pm

Core Responsibilities

• Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met.
• Supervising and training Sales Assistants to give the highest level of LUSH customer service.
• Leading by example when serving customers, taking customers on interactive store tours, moving from range to range while securing sales.
• Maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.
• Training other staff on product knowledge, sales and processes.
• Assisting with other leadership, stock or sales related tasks when needed - we work as a team!

• Has excellent availability and ability to work 30 hours per week.
